    How long does it take for a typical repair?

    It varies by device but the average repair time is an hour. The best way for us to get you in and out as quickly as possible is to setup an appointment.

    Do you need my device passcode?

    Yes we will need your passcode to fully test the functionality of the device when we are done with the repair. Your privacy is our priority and we guarantee that the information on your device is safe. (Link to Privacy Policy)

    Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

    Yes we do. Please check our warranty page (Link to Warranty Page) for more information.

    Do you only repair the devices listed on your website?

    No! We can repair almost all devices. Please contact us if you do not see your device listed on our site and we will be happy to discuss your repair options.

    I tried to fix my phone and failed, can you help me?

    Absolutely! We will try our best to get your phone back in working order.

    Do you offer a discount for multiple repairs?

    Yes we do offer repair bundles. Please contact us for more information regarding wholesale repairs.

    Do I need to make an appointment?

    No. Walk ins are always welcome. We recommend making an appointment if you are pressed for time and want your device back as soon as possible.

    Can I purchase my own part and have you install it?

    Yes as long as it is the proper part for the repair. Unfortunately we cannot offer a warranty on repairs that are completed with outside parts.

    Can you fix water damage?

    We can try. Water damage is tricky and varies greatly from situation to situation. We offer a free water damage diagnostic.

    Will I lose any information on my device?

    For most repairs you will not lose any information. Before we take in the repair we will inform you if there is any potential of a loss of data.
