We offer an option to setup an appointment online. You can start by going to the Repairs page to select your device and the type of repair service you need. Follow the steps to set a date and time for your service and submit your request online. We will confirm the appointment with you.
As an added convenience, you can also pay in advance for your repair service. When you come in with your device, you can wait for the repair or leave it with us for pick up later. Paying in advance gives you the freedom not to worry about payment settlement when you pick up the device. We hope you take advantage of this convenience. Of course, we're happy to work with you to accomodate your service request requirements whenever possible.
Some customers are just too busy to come in to the store to have their device fixed. Our on-site repair service offers you another option to have your device repaired conveniently. We currently offer the service within each store's service area which is approximately a 5-mile radius of the location. There is no additional charge for an on-site service visit within the service area. Some restrictions and exceptions may apply based on specific appointment or repair details.
