  • We do not view, copy, or save customer data unless authorized

  • Customer is solely responsible for backing up data prior to repair

  • TekkEez is not liable for lost data unless negligence is proven

Certain repairs may void manufacturer warranties.

9.5. Cybersecurity Services

TekkEez provides cybersecurity services but cannot prevent all threats.
Client understands that:

  • Threats evolve and no system is 100% secure

  • Third-party breaches are outside our control

  • Client must follow recommended practices (MFA, updates, policies)

  • TekkEez is not responsible for breaches due to client-side negligence

  • Client remains responsible for compliance with laws applicable to their industry

9.6. AI, Automation & Integrations

When using AI or automation services:

  • TekkEez does not train public AI models using client data

  • AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete

  • Client must validate critical outputs

  • Third-party AI tools follow their own privacy/security practices

  • TekkEez is not liable for errors, misclassifications, AI hallucinations, or outages

  • Integrations with platforms like Microsoft, Google, Jira, Marblism, GoHighLevel, etc., depend on those companies’ uptime and policies

Client agrees to hold TekkEez harmless for damages caused by third-party software or platforms.

9.7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TekkEez is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • TekkEez is not responsible for third-party system failures

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue

9.8. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TekkEez from claims arising out of:

  • Misuse of services

  • Failure to follow recommendations

  • Third-party software or platform failures

  • Unauthorized access resulting from client negligence

  • Violations of law or compliance requirements outside TekkEez’s control

9.9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in the service agreement.
TekkEez may terminate immediately for:

  • Abuse, fraud, or illegal activity

  • Security risks

  • Nonpayment
