Wireless Device Repair
Tekkeez Tech Repair provides a Life-Time Warranty on all Apple® iPhone®, iPad® and iPod® screen repairs and 90-Day warranty on all other repairs. Our warranty covers all parts and labor from the date of repair. You must bring the device to the store for our evaluation. If we find the cause is due to our workmanship or a defective part, we will repair your device at no cost to you. This warranty is limited to the repair we provided.
Our warranty does not cover any defects caused by the customer, including physical damage, water damage, accidental drops, tampering with internal components, repairs or modifications by anyone else anyone other than Tekkeez Tech Repair. This warranty is void if the device has been damaged due to excessive moisture, heat, or other conditions outside of our control.
This warranty also does not cover a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including device tampering, water damage, unlocked or jailbroken devices, damaged home button, or known manufacturing issues noted prior to the repair.
If we damage a device as a result of our repair efforts, the customer is entitled to a refurbished device of comparable value to the damaged device. The fair market value of the device to be determined by Tekkeez Tech Repair. As a condition of device replacement, the customer will be required to give the damaged device to Tekkeez Tech Repair.
This warranty is for the original device repaired and the original customer. It cannot be transferred to another device or individual.
Manufacturer or Consumer Warranties
We are independently owned and operated and not affiliated with any original device or computer manufacturer. Repairs provided by Tekkeez Tech Repair may void manufacturer warranties for certain devices. Tekkeez does not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties or insurance company warranties are voided but we may, at our discretion, offer a warranty on the parts and/or services we performed.
Limitation of Liability
Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tekkeez tech repair shall not be liable for any indirect, exemplary, incidental, special or consequential damages related to your use of the parts or services, including, but not limited to, lost data, lost revenues, lost profits, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will our total cumulative liability exceed the purchase price of the device or repair service or accessory. Use of the device is at your own risk.
